THE RESTOZIO WORKSPACE
Understand the service behind the sales total.
Review the day from several angles: sales totals, dishes sold, payment modes, tax and the bills behind the numbers.
Start with the reporting period
Use the reporting workspace to select the period you want to review. Restozio brings together sales, average bill value, GST collected and discounts, giving you a starting point for understanding that period’s trading.
The same totals are more useful when they are read alongside the actual service. For example, a change in average bill value may prompt you to look at the menu items sold or the mix of order types rather than guessing from one headline number.
Look at items, days and payment modes
Day-by-day reporting helps you review how sales were distributed through the selected period. Item-wise sales show the dishes behind the totals, while order-type and payment breakdowns provide another view of how guests ordered and paid.
A GST summary keeps the recorded tax figures available for review. These reports are based on the bills and settings in the app. They support your record-keeping workflow and should be checked alongside the records and advice used by your accountant.
Follow a total back to its bills
Bill history lets you inspect the individual bills that make up a reporting period. Open bill details when you need to understand a charge or a past order rather than relying only on an aggregate figure.
Authorized administrators have correction controls for settled bills. Biller access is focused on reading reports and records. This separates visibility into the business from permission to change its billing history.
Take reports into your existing routine
Export the selected reporting period to Excel when you need a file for your own records or further analysis. Exports are available from the report screen, so the period being exported is visible before you create the file.
Email reports are available after delivery settings and recipients are configured. Recipient schedules can support a regular review routine. Google Drive backup is a separate feature for retaining a cloud copy of your records; a report export and a backup serve different purposes.
Common questions

Do email reports work immediately after installation?
